R.S.C.A. was incorporated as a non-profit society on February 15,1989.

The Senior Citizens' Centre has several rooms that can be rented out for private functions/events. The Main Hall can accommodate up to 125 people. It can be rented with or without the use of the kitchen. We also have audio visual equipment available for rent. The Games Room holds up to 25 people. The Library is also available to rent for up to 12 people. Rental rates are charged by the hour or by the full day.
